PHOENIX -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Realty Executives International, Inc. announces the launch of its newest marketing-technology program which offers home buyers and sellers a unique real estate search experience through the use of Microsoft Tag technology.
The Tag program is just one element of the company’s overall Technology Initiative which plans out to 2020 led by the company’s chief technology officer, Darrell Smith, notably the co-founder of one of the top ten most downloaded apps in history. According to Smith, Tag technology is the next step in the evolution of real estate.

Realty Executives agents and brokers are incorporating tags (unique graphic codes similar to barcodes) into marketing materials like property signs, print advertisements and brochures. Consumers scan the codes with a Smartphone which takes them to a unique landing page to view virtual tours website, etc.
